It really is all about the MITOCHONDRIA and the tremendous amount of energy that is produced for all our cells to do their jobs.  This is key to maintaining optimal operation and health for all our bodies systems.  When this gets disrupted or fails to function properly for multiple reasons, our health and well-being suffers.
